MIG GOV was founded by Jose Gutierrez in 2012 after a 15-year Naval career serving with the elite counterterrorism and special forces. Unfortunately, his career was cut short due to injuries sustained on the battlefield in Afghanistan. After being medically retired from the Navy, Mr. Gutierrez formed MIG GOV as a construction company performing small projects for local federal partners. After proving to be one of Hampton Roads strongest and most reliable small business and growing twenty fold, the company diversified by leveraging its strong vendor relationships and employee backgrounds to secure 3PL, tactical solutions and Program Management contracts for federal and state requirements. MIG GOV has a proven and sustained past performance.
